Refund Policy for Sakoonyz - Custom Made Dresses

At Sakoonyz, we strive to provide you with the highest quality custom-made dresses tailored to your specifications and preferences. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

1.Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are eligible for orders that meet the following criteria:
• The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• The request for a refund must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Service charges (according to your order) will be deducted if you meet all the eligibilities though.

2.Non-Refundable Items:

• The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Custom-made dresses that have been altered or modified after delivery.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Custom Made dresses after delivered to you according to your provided choices.

3.Refund Process:

• Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
• Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and returned to us within 14 business days of receiving the return instructions.
• Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the returned item(s) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Exchange Policy:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

• Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new item(s) have a higher value.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be canceled/Altered within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel/Alter your order.
